ESG is fundamental to our identity, for our clients and the communities we impact. We have formally integrated ESG factors into our decision-making processes since 2008 and believe that transparent and consistent disclosure enables better-informed business and investment decisions.
Mercer’s second TCFD entity report details how Marsh McLennan’s ESG philosophy and initiatives are integrated into Mercer’s governance structure, risk management framework and business operations in the UK.
